Homeschool Music Classes

Group music experiences, such as choir and orchestra, give children so much more than musical training. They help students build confidence, make friends, and feel like they are part of a team working toward a shared goal. As children learn to listen, follow directions, practice their part, and perform with others, they also develop focus, responsibility, patience, and perseverance. For many students, being part of a musical group becomes a meaningful place where they feel encouraged, connected, and proud of what they can accomplish.

Registration, Tuition, and Terms of Agreement

Registration and Enrollment

Registration Period

• Registration opens in the Summer and remains open until the first day of class, as space allows.

Enrollment Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of year is due at registration.
• This deposit secures a student's spot and applies toward tuition.

Class Commitment

• All Classes run for the full academic year (two 14-week semesters, September-April)
• Enrollment represents a commitment to both semesters
• Full-year tuition remains owed even if a student withdraws mid-year.

Tuition, Fees, & Payment Plans

Tuition Structure

• All listed tuition and class fees reflect the full academic year, not per semester.

Payment Options

• Pay in Full: One payment for the entire year
• Installment Plan: Eight monthly payments
• Installment Plans include an additional $40 per student annual fee
• Cannot be changed or removed once selected
• Early payoff allowed (fee still applies)

Late Payments and Account Status

• Payments more than 7 days late incur a $25 monthly late fee
• Accounts more than 30 days past due result in automatic removal from classes
• Tuition for the current year remains owed

Drop, Withdrawal, & Refund Policy

• Before the first day of class:
• Enrollment deposits are non-refundable.
• A 5% processing fee applies to all refunds
• After the first day of class:
• Tuition is non-refundable
• Full-year tuition is required
• Remaining installments are charged immediately

Class Eligibility & Requirements

• Students must meet age requirements by the first day of class.
• Families are responsible for verifying prerequisites and approvals
• Students enrolled without meeting requirements will be removed without refund.

Parent Agreement and Consent

By registering, families agree to:

• Financial responsibility for all tuition and fees
• Compliance with all DCM policies
• Authorization for emergency medical care
• Permission for photos, video, and interview for school and promotional use

Photography, Video, and Media Use

By registering, families grant permission for Da Capo Music to photography, video record, and interview students for school-related purposes, class materials, event displays, and promotional or informational materials

This permission includes the use of third-party photography, editing, design, and digital tools to process enhance, and prepare images for school-related purposes. Standard edits may include cropping, color correction, background adjustments, and similar image preparation or enhancement.
