Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of North Texas and a Master’s degree from University of South Carolina in Bass Performance. Ever since she first heard the spooky and deep sound of the Bass in a performance of Night on Bald Mountain, she was hooked for life.

After growing up with Denton ISD orchestra programs, Rebecca (and her cat Leiuna) are excited to return to her hometown; utilizing teaching and performing to make a positive impact in the community she grew up in.

As an instructor, Rebecca tries to make every lesson an awesome music experience. Whether it's learning how to play your favorite songs, brushing up on music theory or history, improving technique, or expanding your musical horizons; Rebecca wants her students to achieve their goals and come away with a sense of accomplishment and success.
