Delaney grew up with a musical family in Granbury, Texas. She started piano lessons at the age of 5 and violin lessons at the age of 10. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Texas Tech University and master's degree in Musicology from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She has performed violin, viola, and piano professionally in chamber groups, orchestras, operas, church groups, and other ensembles in the United States and abroad. Delaney enjoys working with students of all ages and helping them pursue their musical interests. In her free time, she enjoys cross-stitching, hiking, or spending time with her 4 cats and 2 dogs.
